According to 'Shakey', the biography, no document exists except photos and recordings, which is a great pity. There's a great bit in the book where he quotes a performance of 'Tonight's the Night' where Neil, in the middle of the song, just starts this ramble-anecdote about Bruce Berry, about how he sold Steven Stills's guitar for smack: "you took that guitar... that was Steven's guitar... and you... you put it in your ARM man.. you put it in your ARM".
