Wicca is a recent religion {one of the many Pagan religions} formed in the early 20th century.
Paganism is a much older 'umbrella' religion, which covers things like Wicca, Druids, Shamanism, etc... and eclectic blends of various beliefs . Anyone can call themselves a 'witch', whatever their religion, and some non-Wiccan Pagans {like myself}, sometimes call ourselves Pagan Witches because we *occasionally* practise magic.
Basically, all Wiccans are Witches, but not all Witches are Wiccan.
