Yes, KDJY4 it did actually break. And I've never seen anything like that either, that's a real fluke accident.
I didn't like all the speeding up and slowing down, it ruined the vid really.

That looked like Amanda Borden. It was a practice beam, not a real one. I am sure I have seen that clip somewhere else where she had a foam piece at the end to make sure she didn't get hurt.

it was just a beam pad that was put 2 far off the beam, the bit the gymnast jumped on wasnt the actual beam just the pad

Yes indeed, it broke. I've seen it before, one of my friends was the victim, however, IT WAS HILARIOUS, even she laughed for months. lol.

Um no I think she put some kind of padding on the beam but didnt put all of it on the beam so some was hanging off. But Im not sure

I love the fact that you put Kristi Phillips in there. I detested the way she did gymnastics... and I remember that fall on the double layout. I screamed with joy. >:)

So, the clip was of Amanda Borden in Mary Lee Tracy's gym. She was training a punch front somersault on the practice beam, and the gymnast trains to punch such that their feet land right before the foam end of the beam. That way, if the gymnast overrotates, the punishment is only a fall and not a cracked bone.

I also dont like that Vid; I dont like the Remix with both songs, I dont like the SlowMotion, it doesnt fit to those parts of teh music, i dont like the fast motion the colours...and everything, very very bad...
