depending on how often you will do it. Quick clean is great every other day, then a weekly deep clean is ideal.
it all depends on ... ( 2 months ago by EnKoreMakeup)
it all depends on the makeup remover. if it has any form of alcohol in it, then that can be drying to the bristles which will eventually cause damage.

make sure to gently squeeze some of the water from the bristles after the final rinse. You can also brush it back and forth using a clean towel after an hour to help it dry faster.

this is one reason I dont particularly prefer double-tipped brushes. But what you can do is you can wash one end, let it kinda dry for about 30 mins- 1 hour, then wash the other end.

i have to clean mine every day now. i'm so freaked by the things i saw that its not an option for me to skip a day.
but, i never have used a spot cleaner. i always deep clean mine with just shampoo and water and like lather it in my hand then do it again and rinse it.
will that hurt my brushes at all?

No I wash mine all the time as well. Just make sure you use gentle shampoo with conditioner, if you dont have a brush cleanser. The hair fibers will get brittle and start breaking if theyre not conditioned.
