This is part of the end of evangelion movie, is filmed this way cause is meant to be an alternate reality to what Shinji'sd world was like, just like the Angelic Reality in the last few eps was shown, here he saw a real dark reality where he doesn't exist. This is not part of the live action movie project.

Also, how this is evangelion? Because Misato is on it?(Im assuming its her, but she looks like a girl, not a woman) talking about sex and man-woman relationship? Even in evangelion that scene wouldn't last so long, plus its terrible. I mean, I like the psychologic issues that evangelion brings on but that one is just plain bad. If theres an Evangelion live action aout there I hope its something REALLY good and not this failure.

Frankly I think that the color of the subtitles corresponds to the hair color of the female characters
Purple-Misato
Red-Asuka (seen sleeping next to Toji)
Blue-Rei
Yellow-Ritsuko.
Remember the girl that woke up did talk like Asuka, calling Toji stupid like Asuka would in the show.
