If the song was written for the show, which wouldn't be a surprise, the Song references how well Major Motoko Kusanagi "surfs" the cyber world. As the character Major Kusanagi is rated as one of the best "hackers" in the Ghost in the Shell world, this wouldn't be surprising. The character spends an enormous amount of time in Virtual Existence and has been in a cybernetic body since she was a very young child (8 to 10 years old).

But I'm pointing out that her crotch cover is much thinner in this fan art than the original design. If I'm right the original gets most of her hips and covers her mound. In this, it barely cover her mound, revealing that she's shaven (or her android body didn't come any hair down there). Point is, its thinner than the original.. ut I'm looking too deep into this. But its what I do to vajayjays. ;)

But I think you're right that she doesn't appear to have one in the movies (or they don't draw it since love holes are usually censored in Japan, in both anime and even japanese pron.
